Remove our apathy and carelessness, which block out your love and vision.

Make us worthy instruments to announce and build your kingdom in our parish,

A people open to Your grace, sensitive to the other's needs, and selfless with our gifts.

Give us a bright spirit with which to dream dreams.

Give us fresh words with which to proclaim You.

Give us bold energy with which to build this community of Faith.

In the words of the prophet Ezekiel,

"Take away our hearts of stone and give us heart of flesh"

so that we may see Jesus' suffering in every human pain and show forth His healing and joy in whatever we do.

Loving Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, through our prayers and works Renew Your Church in our parish and in our hearts.

We ask this through Jesus our Lord.
